Heh, those stupid bus doors...
I always enjoyed seeing stuff posted on telephone poles when I was going to the University of Minnesota. Sometimes the brick, concrete, and asphalt can become overwhelming there, so it was enjoyable to have neon-colored fliers vying for my attention.
I suppose it's not so good to have papers wrapped around a wooden pole, since those papers have a tendency to get set on fire once in a while. However, areas that generate enough foot traffic to have that many things get posted should probably have power lines underground anyway. It might be better to put up neighborhood bulletin boards instead.
actually, i really like the telephone pole / flier system. i bet nobody has ever set them on fire.
crazy night utility pole poster fires
