Its totally the Triple Rock. When the sign was blown off the building the insides were shown to be an old timey mechanism. Gears whirred and clicked and I swear I saw steam gently puffing.
That's that bar at the corner of University and 13th ave. I used to know the name but it ecapes me now. Neat little smokers setup on the west side of the building.

Looks like the south east corner of Selby & Western in St Paul. Facing west.
The picture with the empty lighted sign looks like the bar at the corner of Western & Thomas.
