The Park Board is weighing a proposal about a condo at the old Fuji Ya site, the corner of 1st St. and 4th in the Warehouse Dist. They're thinking about a caondo sale, and a hearing will be 5:30 on Feb. 15th, at the Park Board HQ (2117 W. River Rd.).
It's a beautiful building, as is . . . It'd be a shame if more nice brick spaces were torn down. I wonder if the condo proposal involves using the old spaces?
